Education and Professional Background:

Patience is an accomplished Human Resource professional with over 10 years’ experience in human resource management. She has previously worked with ICEA LION Group, an insurance company, Faulu Uganda, a microfinance company (now known as Opportunity Bank Uganda) and Uganda Securities Exchange before joining KCB Uganda as the Head of Human Resources.


She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University Kampala (MUK). She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK, and holds a Diploma in the Female Future Leadership program by the Norwegian Embassy in partnership with the Federation of Uganda Employers.


Patience is a certified Engagement and Productivity coach having obtained a diploma from CDI-Africa. She is very passionate about adding value to people and people growth especially through coaching and mentoring, she is a wellness and fitness enthusiast.


Patience is a member of the Human Resources Managers Association of Uganda (HRMAU), Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and a member of Girls for Girls, a non-profit organization whose major goal is to empower girls to lead in all their spheres of life.
