  • Loan to value ratio of 100% of FSV for upcountry or purchase price whichever is lower.
  • 20 years – for construction, purchase and refinancing.
  • 10 years – equity release and renovation.
  • Pricing as low as 17.5% (Base-4.5) Ugx.
  • Pricing of 11% (Base-2) Usd.
  • As low as 0% arrangement fees for refinanced amount.
  • Property (fire and perils) insurance cover and mortgage protection cover for death and permanent disability paid annually.
