This is an insurance cover for individuals aged between 5yrs and 70yrs where they get benefits.

Benefits*

UGX 10M on death (natural & accidental).
UGX 10M on permanent total disability due to accident.
UGX 5M on permanent total disability due to illness.
Up to 2M as reimbursement of medical expenses after an accident.
UGX 20,000/= as daily cash benefit per night spent in hospital due to illness or accident (Max. UGX 500,000/=).

What We Need From You*

UGX 4000/= as monthly premium.
Date of birth.
Next of Kin.
KCB Bank Account number to Debit.
Copy of valid ID should be attached.
