Vincent has over 17 years’ experience in banking. Prior to his appointment as Head of Operations he served in different capacities in KCB as Manager shared services and Operational Excellence, and Manager Branch Support. He has also previously worked with Bank of Africa as Customer care Supervisor, Branch operations Manager, Operations risk manager, Branch Manager.
Vincent holds a master’s degree in finance and Accounting and Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics. He also done several Leadership trainings.
